Service Description
Join our Mindful Energy Practice class in term of Biodynamics principles —a space dedicated to physical, mental, and spiritual healing through movement, breath, and presence. This practice is inspired by ancient Chinese traditions such as Qigong and Tai Chi, which have been used for centuries to restore balance in the body and mind, enhance vitality, and support inner calm. In our class, you will learn gentle flowing movements, conscious breathing techniques, and mindful awareness tools that help reconnect you with your natural rhythm and inner energy. Each session is carefully structured to guide you through a journey of reconnection: • We begin with grounding and breathwork to settle the nervous system and bring awareness into the body. • We then move into a series of slow, spiral-based movements that awaken energy flow in the joints, fascia, and meridians—helping to release tension and improve circulation. • Stillness and standing postures are used to strengthen internal awareness and allow subtle energy shifts to take place. • The session closes with seated or lying-down integration, leaving you calm, centred, and energised. This class is suitable for all levels—whether you’re a complete beginner or have prior experience in energy practices. Movements are accessible and can be adapted to your individual needs. You don’t need to be flexible or strong; you only need to be willing to explore your own inner flow.
