1. Preparation Method:

1.1. Place “your dose” (specified on the jar) into a pot and pour in 1 litre of cold filtered water (the volume can be 0.5 or 1 litre, as indicated on the jar).

1.2. Put the pot on the stove and bring to a boil over medium heat (2/3 power). Boiling should begin within 7-10 minutes.

1.3. Once signs of boiling appear, increase the heat to maximum and let the infusion boil for 5-7 seconds.

1.4. Remove the pot from the stove, stir with a spoon, and cover with a lid. Let the infusion sit for 30-60 minutes.

1.5. Pour the liquid into a clean glass container, discarding the sediment. Allow the infusion to cool to room temperature and then store it in the fridge.

2. Standard Dosage Scheme:

2.1. The total weight of the herb mix is between 120 to 250 grams. The exact weight is indicated on the jar.

2.2. Powder dosage: “1 dose in grams per 0.5 - 1 litre” (from 2 to 10 grams per 0.5 or 1 litre). The exact dose weight and water quantity are specified on the jar. Be sure to follow the specified dosage to achieve maximum effectiveness.

2.3. Frequency of intake: usually 3-4 times a day. The exact number is indicated on the jar.

2.4. Portion size: drink “your dose” (from 50 to 100 ml) 20-40 minutes before meals, in a warm state. The exact volume is specified on the jar.

2.5. Temperature of the infusion: consume it warm. You can heat it or bring it to a comfortably warm state by adding hot water.

2.6. Do NOT drink the infusion cold! Cold infusion may reduce its therapeutic effect and exacerbate digestive issues.

Example Dosage Scheme (3-4 times a day):

• Morning: “your dose ml” 30 minutes before meals.

• Lunch: “your dose ml” 30 minutes before meals.

• Afternoon tea (if applicable): “your dose ml” 30 minutes before meals.

• Dinner: “your dose ml” 30 minutes before meals.

There should be a break of 1-1.5 hours between the infusion intake and meals to allow the previous food to digest and empty the stomach.

3. Storage:

3.1. Store the jar with the personal herb mix tightly closed in a dry, cool place at room temperature. A cool place is one away from the stove and direct sunlight.

3.2. Store the prepared infusion in a closed glass container in the fridge for no more than 3 days.

3.3. If you plan to eat out, pour the required amount of warm infusion into a thermos or thermos mug that retains temperature for the necessary amount of time.
